Our products are manufactured on-demand and personalized with your name or text, which means that we will send an item to a production only when you order it.
All products are shipped from USA.
Production time is typically 3-5 business days and once the item is shipped, we wills send you a tracking code.
Shipping time is 5-10 business days.
We ship worldwide, but mail services may have some restrictions to selected regions. If your address is within the affected area, we will contact you and refund your order.
Sales tax, value added tax (VAT) & customs
USA
USA orders will not have any additional taxes or fees charged on delivery.
EU
Your orders is sent with proper IOSS paperwork and will not have any additional charges on delivery.
Rest of the world
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Returns policy
Damaged items
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!
Wrong item
If we got a wrong item, color or messed up your personalization, we have you covered! Contact us within a week and we will either refund or replace your item!
Returns and refunds
We are proud of crafting unique and personalized items just for you and your loved ones! Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns of personalized items, because it was created just for you and can not be resold to another customer.
Still, if you changed your mind or noticed any error once your order is placed, contact us as soon as possible to get your order cancelled or fixed. Once item is produced we can not refund it unless there is some issue with shipping or item quality, in which case please contact us within a week after you received your order to arrange a refund or replacement.
